Obtain the exhibition invitation letter required for visa application
Book your hotel
Submit booth design (for raw space exhibitors)
Apply for additional booth related services
Apply for booth activity
Apply for booth furniture, etc.

Exhibitors can get one exhibitor badge for every 3 square meters. With the badge, you can enter the exhibition hall from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm on the construction day, and from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm during the exhibition.
Service Provider Badges:
Used in the stage of entering and dismantling the hall, from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm on the construction day.
Service Staff Badges:
Catering service providers, performance staff and embassy staff, if you apply online before May 1, 2020, you can enter the exhibition hall for free from 8:30 in the morning to 5:30 in the afternoon. Online application requires corresponding sales approval.
Apply according to different categories on the SWTF service center system interface.
Please contact your corresponding sales staff, you can apply for the service staff badge on the spot at the exhibitor/service staff counter for RMB 100.
