The SWTF matchmaking system is a professional system for exhibitors and buyers by pre-show meeting reservations and face-to-face negotiations onsite.
Each exhibitor can learn about buyers' information online, make appointments for buyers, and automatically generate matching schedules and reminders, which greatly improves business cooperation efficiency between buyers and exhibitors. In 2019, more than 300 VIP buyers were specially invited to the exhibition for matchmaking with exhibitors. 3,723 matchings were completed, and exhibitors are satisfaied with buyers up to 90%. The matchmaking system is expected to be launched in June, please wait~

Exhibitor Badges:

Exhibitors can get one exhibitor badge for every 3 square meters. With the badge, you can enter the exhibition hall from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm on the construction day, and from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm during the exhibition.

Service Provider Badges:

Used in the stage of entering and dismantling the hall, from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm on the construction day.

Service Staff Badges:

Catering service providers, performance staff and embassy staff, if you apply online before May 1, 2020, you can enter the exhibition hall for free from 8:30 in the morning to 5:30 in the afternoon. Online application requires corresponding sales approval.

On-site Registration:

Please contact your corresponding sales staff, you can apply for the service staff badge on the spot at the exhibitor/service staff counter for RMB 100.
